Please provide as much information as you can about why you are contacting us for support (e.g. my dog doesn't like being left alone) and when you would be available for a member of our team to call you back. 

We will aim to contact you during your preferred call back time but cannot be guaranteed and please note our working hours are Monday - Saturday, 9.30 am - 5pm. We will use the information you provide to communicate with you regarding your enquiry.

How we use your information

We treat your personal information with care and respect your privacy. We do share your information with Dogs Trust and its subsidiaries. Your personal information is never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. It may be processed on our behalf by carefully selected partners.
