Behaviour Support Line

When you give us a call, one of our friendly dog experts will assess what support your dog might need. Most of the time, we’ll be able to help over the phone, along with a follow-up email to make sure you have all the information to hand.

If your pup’s behaviour is a little more challenging, we’ll direct you to our Dog School, where we can arrange a series of sessions to help you with your dog’s training needs and set them up for success.

In some cases, we’ll make a referral to our team of Community Clinical Animal Behaviourists, who can provide more in-depth support and advice.

Our team offers affordable support for dog owners throughout the UK. Our behavior support package provides personalised advice from qualified animal experts. Whether it's through in-person or virtual sessions, we want to help you. We’ll also follow-up with three months of email support.

Giving up your dog

Dogs at high risk of being given up are our first priority, especially if the reason for making this decision is related to training or behaviour problems.

We'll do everything we can to support you with your dogs training or behaviour issues that might lead to you having to give them up.
