Boston Terriers are typically less active dogs. They are often nicknamed the ‘American Gentleman’ because of their tuxedo-style markings. Boston Terriers have a short, sleek coat.

They are known for their white markings on their face and chest which can make it look like they are wearing a tuxedo. These markings can be combined with a variety of colours including black, brown, red and brindle.

They'll need daily walks, plus plenty of time and opportunity to explore, burn energy, and play. Like all dogs, they will need training and will benefit from daily enrichment.  If you enjoy regular relaxing strolls, this breed could be a great match for you.
