Trusts and foundations
Find out more about how trusts and foundations support our work.

Thanks to charitable trusts, foundations, and organisations, we’ve been able to provide life-changing care for dogs, and the people who love them, across Britain and around the world for 130 years.
Transformational change across the globe
Grants play a vital role in enabling us to care for the dogs in our rehoming centres, fight for progress and legislative change, recruit and empower volunteers and foster carers, educate a cross-section of society and make the world a better place for all dogs.
Grants have funded our Hope Project, supporting dog owners experiencing homelessness, and our Freedom Project, supporting dog owners fleeing domestic abuse. They’ve also enabled us to amplify and accelerate our work across the world, including in Thailand, Sri Lanka and Indonesia.

With your help, we can do even more
We dream big, and we make things happen. But we can’t achieve any of our ambitious plans without the support of trusts and foundations. From core work in our rehoming centres and fostering schemes to our world-leading research into animal behaviour, to our community and family engagement projects which promote safety around dogs for everyone – none of this would be possible without your support.
